These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, over the telephone or by mail order with Signature Leather Limited. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transactions, over the telephone or by mail order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro or payment via PayPal.

We ship our gloves via the Royal Mail postal service to UK addresses and addresses around the world using their "tracked and signed for" service to ensure safe arrival with our customers. In the UK delivery time is normally 2/3 days overseas postal delivery times varies but is normally between 7 and 10 days.

Up to 3 pairs of gloves can be shipped to a UK address for a price of £3.50. For overseas shipping the charge for up to 3 pairs of gloves is £10.00 regardless if we are shipping 1 pair or 3 pairs as these charges reflect the Royal Mail minimum charges. Postage costs for larger quantities available on request.

We also offer a DHL service for customers wishing for a faster delivery pricing as per DHL tariff.


Goods may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days, they must be unused in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Please note that, with the exception of faulty products, Signature Leather Limited do not pay return postage costs.

Signature Leather Limited cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use shipping which includes a signature/proof of delivery required on arrival with us.

Our gloves are meticulously checked before shipping to ensure the very highest standard of finish however, if on receipt of your gloves you believe that there is a fault please contact us within seven days of their arrival with you.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on our web site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may have variations due to the natural qualities of Leather.
